Training
Well-trained personnel are the foundation of effective security. Our structured programs cover security procedures, access control, emergency response, observation, incident reporting, and real-world handling—with emphasis on discipline, communication, and customer service.
- 100 hours classroom instruction (15 days) plus 60 hours on-site practical training (5 days).
- Three-tier program: Basic Guarding, Industry-Specific, and Site-Specific training.
- On-the-Job Training (OJT) at deployment locations for continuous readiness.
- Regular Basic and Refresher Training Programs.

Recruitment standards
We follow a rigorous recruitment process, including background and police verification, to ensure only trained, trustworthy personnel are deployed.
Physical standards
- • Male height > 5'6", female > 5'0"
- • Male weight > 62 kg, female > 52 kg
- • Normal eyesight, hearing free from defect
- • Disease free, no physical deformity
Age & presentation
- • Age 25 to 40 years
- • Well built, smart, presentable
- • Strength to restrain when required
Education & experience
- • Minimum SSC passed
- • NCC certificate and sports persons preferred
- • Previous experience preferred
Statutory compliance
- ✓ Complies with the PSARA Act 2005.
- ✓ Duly registered under the Shops & Establishments Act 1958.
- ✓ Duly registered under the Employee Provident Fund Scheme 1952.
- ✓ Duly registered under the Employee State Insurance Act 1948 & GST.
